This details the material that is not allowed on your webhosting account. This applies to all accounts. Every client must accept this before registering or their account will not be processed.

General Use
Pastilles Networks clients are permitted to use Pastilles Networks resources solely for purposes which are do not violate law and are deamed appropriate. (common sense should be a guide)

Backups
We take regular backups of customers accounts. However backups are ultimately the result of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost backup data.

Shell/Terminal Access
Pastilles Networks allows SSH. You need to request it from a administrator and provide a few details.

Reselling of Space
Pastilles Networks does not permit their clients to resell their paid space. (Reseller plans being the exception) Any accounts found in violation of this term will first be suspended and given a warning. Donations are allowed on site such as google ads and other advertisements.

Server and Security
Pastilles Networks clients are prohibited from attempting to breach any security measures of the Pastilles Networks network. Violations will result in immediate account deactivation and legal action taken against the offenders.

Warez/Illegal Software
Clients are prohibited from distributing or storing illegal software, games, music, movies, or applications or information that facilitate piracy. Violations will result in immediate account deactivation and possible report to authorites.

Background Processes
Pastilles Networks clients are not permitted to run any background server processes of any form. Server process lists are monitored actively for such programs. Accounts found to be running background processes will be suspended immediately.

Payment
All payments must be made on time. Lack of payment for 7 days will result in a suspension of your account. Late payment (10 days or more) may result in a fine of £3.00/$5.93. Lack of payment for 30 days will result in a termination of our services.

Spam
Pastilles Networks clients are strictly prohibited to commit any act of spam using a Pastilles Networks account. Violations will result in account suspension. Clients who are unsure of whether their activities are considered spam should contact Pastilles Networks for approval.

Pornography
Pastilles Networks clients are not permitted to display, store, or make available any form of pornography which is illegal under internet law. This is rule covers ALL PORN. Violations will result in immediate account suspension/and or termination and maybe, notification of law enforcement.

Swearing
Do not swear in forums.
Forums must be kept clean
If any form swearing is made you will get be given a warning. If you persist you will face a management decision on a suitable punishment.     

We withhold the right to terminate our services with a client at any time.
